Combining 2 or 3 of the upstairs rooms is ideal for larger families with children or friends traveling together, and may be rented together as needed.
A safety child gate for toddlers is available. The gate can be secured at the top or bottom of the stairs. N/C
*A baby crib is available and will fit into most of the rooms. There is a $25.00 set up charge.
**A roll-away twin bed for one additional guest is available for the Greylock, Monument, Everett, Taconic or Ramblewood Master bedrooms for $15.00 set up charge.
Handicap Accessible Information:
Sheffield Lodge has limited facilities with regard to handicap accessible accommodations. The building is situated on a hill, therefore, there are 12 steps from the parking lot up to the main level of the lodge. Once inside on the main level there are 3 bedrooms and all of the shared spaces (living room, dining room, kitchen, family room with fireplace, TV and game table). A disabled person is able to use any of these rooms if (s)he can navigate the front steps. I’m sorry to note that none of the doorways and turning radii in the bathrooms are wide enough now, nor can be renovated to accommodate a wheelchair in the future.
Our Main Floor rooms include the Greylock, Monument, and Everett Rooms each with an en suite bathroom and direct access to all shared guest spaces.
Our Second Floor rooms include the Taconic and Washington Rooms that share a large bathroom, and the Ramblewood master bedroom with an en suite bathroom.
